These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Deus Robotics, Inc. Deus Robotics provides information about and demonstrations of its robotics‑powered automation solutions, including robot hardware, robotics management software (Deus RMS) and AI platforms for warehouse and retail operations. The Services allow visitors to learn about our products, request consultations, and submit enquiries.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you engage in any prohibited conduct or violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deus Robotics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you have paid us for the Services in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Deus Robotics and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Deus Robotics each waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
Corrections and Site Management
We may occasionally publish information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to manage the Services by monitoring usage for violations of these Terms, facilitating system operation and maintaining the Services.
Software License and SaaS Terms
If you access or use our robotics management software (such as Deus RMS), AI platforms or other software‑as‑a‑service offerings, your use is subject to separate End‑User License Agreements (EULAs) or SaaS agreements. These agreements are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable software agreement, the terms of the software agreement will control.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. A link to the Privacy Policy is provided below.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services in our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deus Robotics regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
