Pudu FlashBot Max
AI delivery robot for hospitality and commercial buildings
Autonomous indoor delivery for hotels, offices, hospitals and commercial buildings: moves items across floors on its own – using elevators, turnstiles and secure compartments without staff involvement, while Deus Robotics handles deployment, integration, training and support.
Key Capabilities
Pudu FlashBot Max robot features
Logistics automation for offices, hotels and hospitals – supporting continuous delivery across operating hours through autonomous, multi-floor movement and IoT integration.
Elevator integration for building-wide delivery
Interacts with elevator systems on its own and moves between floors automatically to complete deliveries – supported by both cloud-based and hardware integration.

Adaptive configuration
Flexible interior setup with 2 to 4 enclosed compartments, adapting to different types of cargo.
Full IoT integration
Connects with intercom systems, turnstiles and electronic doors for fully automated, delay-free access control.

Navigation without infrastructure changes
Precise positioning and stable movement in dynamic environments via combined VSLAM + LiDAR navigation (laser and visual).
Rapid scaling
Supports fast copying and replication of floor maps, significantly speeding up setup, deployment and launch across new sites.

Autonomous operation and safety
Long autonomous runtime and secure transport of goods, thanks to a high-capacity battery and enclosed delivery compartments.

The workflow
How FlashBot Max works
Staff load items into the robot
Staff place items into one of the robot's compartments – configurable from 2 to 4 enclosed sections depending on the task. Different items can go into separate compartments, so the robot can handle several deliveries on a single trip.
Select destination or delivery task
Using the touchscreen, staff choose the destination floor and compartment for each delivery. Multiple tasks can be assigned at once, and the robot sequences them for the most efficient route.
Robot navigates through corridors and shared spaces
The FlashBot Max moves through corridors and shared areas on its own, using VSLAM and Lidar SLAM for precise positioning. Multi-sensor 3D obstacle avoidance lets it detect low and overhanging objects and move safely around people, even in busy spaces.
Robot uses elevator integration for multi-floor delivery
To reach other floors, the robot connects to the building's elevators through cloud or hardware integration — calling the elevator, boarding, and exiting on its own. No staff assistance is needed to move between floors.
Recipient opens the compartment and collects the item
On arrival, the recipient unlocks their compartment using a password, phone number or NFC — so only the right person can collect the item. Once retrieved, the robot continues to its next task.
Robot returns to standby or charging area
After completing its deliveries, the robot returns to a standby point or heads to its charging station on its own when the battery runs low — staying ready for the next task. Deus Robotics supports deployment, integration and ongoing operation throughout.
