Autonomy at scale
Covers up to 1,000 m² of mixed-surface space in a single cycle without recharging. One cycle covers up to 1,000 m² of mixed flooring without needing a recharge. It can run for up to 9 hours then charging back up takes under 3.
Digital management and reporting
Control the robot from a mobile app or desktop interface: start and stop tasks remotely, adjust routes and receive status notifications. Cleaning reports – including time and area covered – are generated automatically.

How It works
How Pudu CC1 intelligent cleaning robot works
Map the cleaning area
Using PUDU SLAM navigation – combining visual SLAM and laser SLAM – the robot builds a digital map of the facility, identifying zones, layout, and obstacles. Once mapped, the same map is reused for every cleaning cycle.
Create or select cleaning routes
Each zone can get its own mode – wet scrubbing where the floor's hard, dry sweeping for the everyday upkeep, carpet vacuuming on soft flooring, or silent mopping if noise is a concern. Speed goes up to 1.2 m/s, and the robot adjusts depending on what space it's working in.
Detect obstacles and navigate safely
It combines LiDAR with visual fusion to plan its route on the fly, so it can react the moment something changes around it. That's what lets it avoid obstacles and still get the job done in busy, high-traffic areas.
Clean floors with 4-in-1 technology
Sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping – CC1 does all four in a single pass, covering a 70 cm width as it goes. Suction goes up to 17,000 Pa, so it handles hard floors and carpets alike, even getting into edges less than 2 cm away.
Return to charging or resume unfinished tasks
Low battery, task done – either way, the robot heads back to its charging station on its own and is fully charged again in under 3 hours. And if something interrupts a cleaning job partway through, CC1 doesn't start over – it just picks up where it left off once it's charged.
Track cleaning performance over time
Cleaning activity – including area covered and time spent – is available through the PUDU app, with automatically generated reports and remote control over routes, start/stop commands, and status alerts.
