On setup, KettyBot Pro maps your venue using integrated laser and visual SLAM navigation – no floor markers or infrastructure modifications required. The map is built once and reused for every shift, allowing rapid deployment even in complex venue layouts. Efficient mapping means the robot is operational and adding value within hours of arrival.
Load food, drinks, products, or promotional items
Staff place dishes, beverages or items onto the robot's trays, which safely carry up to 10 kg per layer across two tray layers plus one dish-return box. Multiple orders can be loaded onto a single run – one trip efficiently serves multiple tables or locations simultaneously.
Select the destination or service mode
Using the robot's 10.1-inch interface screen, staff specify the destination table and choose the appropriate service mode – delivery, cruise promotion, guest greeting, or escorting. The robot automatically calculates its route and begins execution, adapting its behavior to match the selected mode.
