Pudu BellaBot Pro
Delivery and advertising pro robot for restaurants, hospitality and retail
A premium indoor service robot that runs food and drinks to tables on its own – greeting guests with AI voice interaction, confirming each handoff through smart tray detection, and promoting menus and offers on a built-in advertising screen.
Key Capabilities
Pudu BellaBot Pro robot features
Service automation for restaurants, hospitality and retail – combining autonomous food delivery, guest interaction and on-screen promotion in a single robot that keeps service moving through the busiest shifts.
Built-in advertising screen
An 18.5-inch advertising screen turns every delivery run into a promotion – displaying menus, offers, events and brand messages right where guests see them, alongside a 10.1-inch interface screen for interaction.

Smart tray detection
Visual tray detection recognizes when an item has been collected, so the robot knows when to continue to the next table or task – keeping self-service pickup smooth and hands-free for staff.
Multiple service modes
One robot, several jobs: delivery, cruise, recycle, guide and birthday modes adapt BellaBot Pro to food running, table clearing, guest guidance and special-occasion moments.

Omni-sense safety
Two forward cameras, three RGBD sensors and a radar give full front-chassis coverage, so BellaBot Pro detects obstacles, stops automatically, and moves safely around guests, staff and tables – even in tight, busy venues.
Markerless SLAM navigation
Moves through tables, aisles and crowded spaces on its own, using a combined VSLAM + Marker + Lidar SLAM system. Deploys fast across large venues with no floor markers or infrastructure changes required.

AI voice and multimodal interaction
Greets and engages guests through AI voice, expressive lighting, and touch response on its ears and back – bringing personality to service that guests notice and remember.

The workflow
How Pudu BellaBot Pro works
Map the venue with SLAM-based navigation
On setup, the robot maps your venue using combined VSLAM, marker and Lidar SLAM navigation – no floor markers or infrastructure changes required. The map is built once and reused for every shift, so BellaBot Pro deploys quickly even in large, complex layouts.
Load food, drinks, products, or promotional items
Staff place dishes, drinks or retail items onto the robot's trays, which carry up to 40 kg across multiple layers (10 kg per tray). Several orders can go out on a single run, so one trip serves more than one table or destination.
Select the destination or service mode
Using the screen, staff choose the destination table and the service mode – delivery, cruise, recycle, guide or birthday. The robot then plans its route and sets off on its own, adapting to what each mode requires.
Navigate safely around guests, staff, tables, and obstacles
Omni-Sense perception – two forward cameras, three RGBD sensors and a radar – gives full front-chassis coverage. The robot detects obstacles, stops automatically when needed, and moves smoothly around guests, staff and furniture, even in tight, busy venues.
Detect tray pickup and continue the workflow
Tray lights and visual detection guide each guest to the right tray and recognize when an item has been collected. Once the food is taken, the robot knows to continue – moving to the next table or returning for its next task, hands-free for staff.
Return to standby or start the next task
With deliveries done, the robot returns to a standby point or picks up its next assignment. When the battery runs low, it can be recharged and returned to service – running up to 11 hours on a full charge. Deus Robotics supports deployment, integration and ongoing operation throughout.
